Getting Started with Event Rentals: A Step-by-Step Guide

Planning an event should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Whether you already have a detailed vision or are just starting to explore ideas, Signature Events Rentals & Coordinating is here to guide you every step of the way. Our process is designed to be simple, supportive, and stress-free, with two straightforward ways to get started based on your needs and where you are in the planning journey.
The Guide
Six steps to a beautifully planned rental experience
01 Choose Your Starting Point
There are two easy ways to begin planning with us—explore our rental collection or schedule a consultation. Choose the option that feels right for you, and remember that you can adjust your plans as your event comes together.
Option 1: Browse Our Rentals
Explore our rental collection, add your favorite items to your wishlist, and submit it to us when you’re ready. Your wishlist gives us a starting point for creating a customized proposal.
Option 2: Schedule a Consultation
Prefer a little guidance? Schedule an in-person or virtual consultation to discuss your vision, explore options, and talk through your event details. A consultation fee is required and will be applied towards your rental order if you book rental items with us.
02 Receive Your Customized Quote
Once we understand your needs, we will prepare a customized proposal outlining your selected rental items, quantities, pricing, and any applicable fees. We will work with you to make any necessary adjustments before you decide how you would like to move forward.
03 Secure Your Rentals
Ready to make it official? Your rental reservation is secured once we receive your signed rental agreement and 50% deposit. Please note that submitting a wishlist or receiving a quote does not reserve your rental items or event date.
05 Finalize the Details
As your event approaches, we will confirm your rental selections, quantities, and any applicable delivery, pickup, or setup arrangements. Your final payment and rental-item count are due 30 days before your event or scheduled pickup date.
06 Bring Your Vision to Life
It is time to see your plans come together. Depending on the services you have booked, we will coordinate your scheduled delivery or pickup.
